Bristol, GBDisappointingly, the fund of £250.00 for the job/invoice #1075851-2 to Seller was released on 29/3/16 to the Seller prior to her delivery of poor quality of work on 1/4/16. It is unacceptable as I have never approved for payment on the second job. Escrow has no right releasing the fund without my consent. I am extremely unhappy with the way Escrow dealing with my complaint and more importantly, the Seller Blessing has got away with our funds via your system. Blessing delivered substandard of work. It was not recoverable. My fund was not protected in your custody. There is no due care of your customer in place of safe guarding the funds.
I demand the funds of £250.00 to the Seller to be refunded. In addition, please terminate her service with immediate effect.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.Blessing I.
1. Job was completed satisfactorily. Another native speaker on PPH confirmed it. Check the client 1st review she confirmed it too. Client talked to us like we are trash, we still gave her that full respect as a client.
2. She said her client is not interested for a revision. Why not say the real truth; ''your client canceled the job, before you could inform us, we have completed the task''. You can't cancel a delivered job. So the only option you have is to opt in for ''Poor quality work''.
3. We have done similar task with other clients, you can check our reviews below. So far over 100 jobs were successfully completed by us. And more are coming. STAY TUNED!
