I take up jobs I can deliver. The only thing that will make me not to deliver it is time. If I’m unable to finish the job on time, I immediately issue a refund before the deadline so that the buyer can look for someone else.
At this moment, out of 47 jobs I was awarded to since I Joined PPH, I wasn’t able to complete 2 jobs due to client time frame and I refunded them before the deadline, You can go through my reviews and see for yourself.
In Malc case, the work was done for £40 but Malc requested for more work without additional payment. Where on earth is ad-word auditing and optimization £40 for 10 to 15 campaigns? Sorry Malc, you didn't do it right.
To let peace reign, I requested for £10 out of £30 and he politely agreed without hesitation. He is unhappy because he cannot find a professional to do the job at £40. Sorry Mac, here is the wrong place to vent your feelings. Someone must take the blame of any situation that is unfavorable. In this situation, Malc please don’t put the blame on me.
