Need someone to make some presentations

I have couples of IT projects i need to present in meetings.
Due to lack of time i can't make the presentation myself, I need someone very good in powerpoint to who i will provide inputs and that will come to me with high level presentation.
It is not too many slides, but the presentation should be very good quality,
You need to show me some samples.
The person should be fluent in french as all of them are in french
