Design to HTML - I need to convert a report design to HTML.

I have a report design that will be used in web and print versions.

DETAILS:
1) The main request is that the HTML must look like as much as possible as the design ( Try to keep fonts size, styles, colors and spaces ). Note: I provided the fonts and colors.

2) There are some Pie Charts in the design, for those you can use Images.

3) This is not a form, it is a REPORT. End-user won't type anything here.
That means we will put text in the white fields, never inputs.

4) I am providing the tables in HTML and fonts for you to begin.

5) We will print it. We need that print version looks like the PDF. If you prefer to remove border-radius to keep the square look it is fine.

6) Create a separated CSS Stylesheet for this.

IMPORTANT: You can make price proposals if you consider this costs more.
