Custom SaaS Website Application

We are looking for someone to help build a custom website that references our customers. We will require both customer and admin interfaces. The customer will be given a unique url to complete a series of online forms; data will need to be stored on a database. We will require the upload of documents and function for the customer to add their signature. Once the forms are complete and submitted, the data will be automatically checked against a set of conditions which will then produce a set of reports.
