A platform that was meant to take 1month took almost 7months, I was asked for money every week without progress.

Communication: Excellent! John wasted no time and swiftly introduced me to his team via Skype so that they could better understand what my product and what I was looking for - sensible.

Design: Neutral. There was a gap between my expectations and the designs being offered. I recognised that I needed to find a site I liked for them to reference. It became easier from this point.

Revisions: Good. The design team did not digest my content to understand what needed to stand out or where a sentence should move to the next line etc. This led to a lot of going back and forth, however, all my revisions were taken care off without challenge. There was some pressure to sign off the design before I was ready to.

Build: yet to take place so can not comment.

Summary: if you have a clear vision of the design you want, you will be off to a brilliant start.

The team is fantastic to deal with and accommodating. I would have awarded 'very good' had the design journey been smoother. With pages still to be designed, I am confident we will have a smoother journey.

Would I recommend this team: yes I would.

Project Done and escrow funds left over

Sneh and is team were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and responsive to my needs.

Patient and dedicated to the project - was impressed, although sometimes I struggled to understand accented English.

Responsive and careful work. Halfway through this project but am pleasantly surprised.

Job was not finished and freelancer was demanding more money for the finished project when we were clear from the go that we needed a specific feature ( the animation to work from a scroll) . The example he initially provided reflected what we needed perfectly but upon commencing with our project it soon become clear he wasn't capable of this. He then tried to send us the example animation but with our supplied files so it wasn't bespoke and had loads of excess and unnecessary code from the previous project that he used it for which make it impossible for us to embed into our site.

The freelancer then advised it wasn't possible to do the animation in SVG with a scroll animation, so why would the freelancer accept the job knowing this?

Worst experience ever.
1. Lack of professionalisms
2. Lack of time management
3. Full of reasons why things can work.
I will never hire them again, and I advise you to hire them as well if you want to get work done.

I had neutral experience with Titbit, they have good developers but don't care much about customer and their needs. Design they are providing is pretty bad (standard pictures from photo-bank), I also asked about priority for my project since it was urgent and paid 20% more for that but in real world Titbit was barely working few hours a day and initial 6 days estimation turned into 30 days+ No claims regarding code quality and web-dev although.
