Fast Wordpress Ecommerce site with mysql function on home page - eligible for sameday

I would like to make a Wordpress site based on a minimalistic version of HTTPS://vapeandjuice.co.uk for a same-day service of delivery.

The page will appear like deliveroo.com when they land on the page which would be a subdomain
Sameday.vapeandjuice.com

Currently that domain is hosted on heart and the .com and .co.uk point to shopify.

For our same day service we need it to load fast as our customers want things quickly.

The front page should have the mysql search function like deliveroo.com which checks the first part of a postcode and advises whether they are in range of our service.

We have products listed on our main Shopify site but we will list our 200 key products to the Wordpress site.

The products should have a quick add to cart icon above each product. And the site will offer free same day on orders over £59 if ordered before 2:30pm. Delivered by 6pm. Although the time windows maychange. Without the £59 order, price will be £6.99

For users who want to see our wider shopping catalogue there will be a link back to the main .com site on Shopify.

We want page speed 2seconds and less and simple to use.
