Objective: Develop a website focused on the relative strength index (RSI) technical indicator with the ability to send email notifications when a customer inputs a notification into their watchlist on the website. This website will charge a monthly fee.

Alert notification to user via email
User designates the RSI alert triggers
Example: JNJ with an RSI of 30, and website will send a text or email alert to the user; these notifications / alerts would be sent as soon as the stocks hits the RSI # notification.

Individual user watchlists within the website populated with stocks
User views their own watchlist which displays
Stock name and symbol
Current RSI number
User defined alert trigger number


For NYSE and NASDAQ at a minimum, show all stock from highest to lowest and lowest to highest.
Other foreign exchanges subject to api costs.


Build “real estate” with the option to add banner ads without impact design

Scalability

Ability to have thousands of people sign up to use the website via a monthly subscription service.
“Configure” so that app can be developed for mobile use?

Pricing & Payment

Different tier pricing levels will occur with ability to change pricing on certain segments of the users, or new users as needed Need suggestions on how to program….perhaps each unique subscriber is given a user code (to be seen by us but not consumer) that is tied to a pricing structure
Need “coupon code” that would be tied to specific campaigns and pricing (e.g. could target finance majors at universities with lower pricing, professors/teachers, etc.)
Plan to use PayPal which also takes credit cards as a payment method
Require automatic charges to credit card / PayPal on each monthly anniversary of effective date
Ability to automatically turn off access if payment not received, but need email and maybe text notification that subscription has expired to give customer the chance to pay


Reporting

Need reporting and data export into excel that includes all registration data plus:
Effective date
Length of subscription to date
Average number of stocks on watch list
Number of individual log ons per month,
“coupon code” reporting by each of previous
