VBA Excel Spreadsheet

Hi,

We are a firm of accountants. We are looking for someone to help us to create a VBA Lookup or something similar from which a spreadsheet could be created to manage our incoming and outgoing of letters.

Eg. Say we receive a letter from Joe Bloggs Ltd.
Letter would have: Date, Reference, Name of person sending, Content and an action date.

When our admin staff processes this letters, this system would prompt him/her, who sent it, the date they sent it etc..and then from this information, this system would then add a line to a spreadsheet creating a new line for this letter.

Once the letters have been added, importantly this systems tells us when we need to something by and also allows us to add/link scanned letters.
