The project involves the design and deployment of multiple AI agents on a Jetson Orin 64GB device to automate core business functions, with a focus on the construction sector, lead generation, and AI-driven outreach. The agents will operate remotely and securely and will not rely on cloud-based subscriptions. All systems must be optimized for local processing, resource efficiency, and user-only access.

Activity 1: AI Research Agent – “Jatson AI”
Performs advanced web research and document analysis.

Integrates online search with local documents (PDF, Word, Excel, images).

Custom prompts for construction-specific questions.

Excludes irrelevant leads and prevents duplicates.

Activity 4: LinkedIn AI Tool
Automates:

Posting (image + text)

Connection requests

Messaging (InMail, groups, 1st–3rd degree)

Follow-ups using AI responses

Learns from your input over time.

Extracts lead data from chats and organizes into structured Excel campaigns.

Manual includes install/startup/reset steps.

Activity 5: Facebook AI Tool
Similar to LinkedIn tool but focused on Facebook Groups.

Auto-messages commenters or poster leads.

Filters out non-relevant users (e.g., deal sourcers).

Campaign tracking and lead data extraction.

Scheduled posting & campaign organization by business area.

General Requirements (All Activities)
Deployment planned for July due to hardware availability.

Must include:

Local memory optimization (to prevent hallucinations)

Backup systems (local or remote)

Simple user manuals (installation, operation, reset)

No cloud service subscriptions unless explicitly approved.
