Find a mobile app developer to design and develop functionality for this app

General information for the app: to create functionality between a photo, then comments to share then before being able to save / share comments watch a video advert

Description of every page/module: The home page will just require user to tap an image to see a short video or gif and have a short description of the app

once the gif has appeared and been seen by user, user will be asked if they would like to comment - yes or no

if yes then this can be shared via twitter / Facebook

user will be asked if they wish to donate
Description of requirements/features: developer must be able to design and develop a complete usable app
must be able to include video advert as part of this work scope
must be able to include a donations page that pay directly through paypal so i can allocate donations
