AI EXPERIENCED PERSON TO INTEGRATE AI OUTLOOK, CORTANA, WORKFLOW

I need to set up several tasks in our Real Estate Title Agency in Florida, USA using AI.
I want to start with the basics (e-mail reponses, etc) but keep developing auto processese via AI.
When we receive a contract (order) vie email, we need the initial contract to be read and AI identify the different parties (nuyer, seller, buyer agent and seller agent). Once this is identified several things need to happen (here are a few)
Via e-mail
1) Respond with a thank you e-mail copying all parties and c/c my employees
2) Reuest xyz additional informatiom to the parties
3) Send link to forms to be completed by each party
Via internal e-mail to my employees
Also, I will need to organize/automatize my internal workflow after a new contract is received.
