Simple Database App

It will be worth scheduling a zoom/ teams call to discuss this properly if you would like to be shortlisted and we agree you could be a good fit- I'm not a software/ IT engineer and so my explanation may not be in the correct terminology.

What I am needing (fairly soon/ ASAP) is a fairly simple web app/ database app that can be used for organising and retrieving the separate components of the data I am using for an information gathering exercise on some industrial process plants I am working on here in the UK.

The information collected that needs collating and linking are 1. Client Drawings (P&IDs/ Schematics), 2. Datasheets of the individual component parts of the plant, 3. Photographs of the component parts, 4. Temporary 'tag' number assigned to each component part, 5. Any other PDFs such as handwritten notes exported from iPad notes.

Ideally this could be done to include a simple front end where the components could be searched either by one of their attributes or by the temporary tag number.

It would be advantageous if this could be done on AWS on my own account.

I am aiming to get a basic working version of this up and running asap, with a view to developing it out over the longer term into a more shiny & well rounded tool.

For now it needs to serve its means to an end purpose for my own, but also willing to use the full budget (or more if required) to get it nice looking etc and so it can be used by the client themselves.
