Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi there,
I have a client who has a large membership organisation. As well as paying an annual membership, they also buy products and training from my client.
The problem we have is that while they have all this data in MS Dynamics, it has been set-up in a poor way so we can't get any reasonable intelligence from it.
In order to try and work what an average customer lifetime value is we are planning on taking a cross section of their member base (approx 3000 pf the 60k base) and dumping their transactional history from the last 10 years (and some soft data such as company size, length of membership) into excel
We then need to undertake an exercise whereby this data is collated and interpretated to give us an indication of what the likely purchasing value of one of these customers is.
We'll need to identify things like:
1. Lifetime purchase value based on company size
2. Purchase value based on product purchase path (for example if they come to a conference, are they more likely to have a higher lifetime purchase value)
3. Growth patterns based on initial purchase
Essentially as much useful financial data show in a simple to understand way so I can give this back to my clients and we can start making some informed decisions.
What I need is someone who is a professional analyst and can use proper analytic techniques so I can present something very useful to my clients. Rigor with the data is very important, as is a simple to understand finished analysis.
Not sure what budget this requires, so I'm setting and arbitrary budget. Please feel free to quote as you feel appropriate as I will me making the decision based on the best fit for the project rather than cost.
Thanks!
