WooCommerce order page customisation - PHP coding required

General information for the website: We sell car parts
Description of requirements/features: We are using WooCommerce with eBay integration (eBay Lister). We need to make a couple of changes on the order page (back-end), so the address field is displayed split in selectable lines to easy copy and paste them on courier website.

At the moment, the PHP script is generating a HTML with one paragraph for the whole address field. However, the PHP has a field for each part of the address, so we need it to generate a HTML with separate fields, and to include the "user-select" in CSS, so we can right-click and select Copy easier.
