after going through all my clear and precise requirements on completing our site, he makes a proposal for 75 usd. matching mine
After i accept his proposal he comes with a new quotation of 900 to 1200 usd
he claims that requirements are more than shown on job description, which is just not truth.. in fact, they are less as bak end has been already done
besides that, he is quoting 350usd monthly maintenance, while i'm paying 80usd per year in his country, India. for my other 2 sites
