Web developer

Hello,

Have had a nightmare with a developer who hard coded my home page from a word press template and is refusing to unstick it. He says its very easy to do, however doesn't have the time- which is quite frustrating, as I have no idea how to unstick it either.

The top slider has been stuck so I can't change the content.
