Application for Housing form embedded into website

We are a Letting Agent that currently uses a JotForm link on our website for people applying for a rental property. We would like an application form for a property as part of our website that we are able to print off in PDF format if required. Ideally the application form will have a link to our stripe account for people to pay their application fee and they will also be able to upload relevant ID documentation.
Our website is also a Wordpress site.
