I need a completely original 2–3 minute vocal-led “Reform” anthem, including original lyrics, melody, backing track, group/choir-style vocals, professional mix and master, MP3, WAV and instrumental versions.
I also need help putting together a simple finished MP4 video using my supplied logo, photos, wording and short clips. The freelancer should help advise what materials are needed and assemble the final video.
Include two revisions and commercial/social-media rights. Please state clearly whether rights are exclusive and whether there is an extra fee for an exclusive buyout

To have an exclusive buyout the price would depend on where you want to use it and the likely number of views/listens. It wouldn't be less than a 4-figure sum - is this what you had in mind?
