Telesales of 'on hold' clients and new business leads

We are looking for an experienced and trusted individual to call our 'on hold' customer list (B2B) and to receive an update about when they intend to restart deliveries this was due to COVID. Its hugely important we get as many restarts as possible.

A list of likely objections and how to overcome these will be provided.

You must have an excellent and friendly call manner. Attention to detail is required as we need notes and updates of each call made.

Given that you are dealing with an active customer list full confidentiality is required and a NDA may need to be signed.

We anticipate more call work based on the success of this project. Initially we would be looking for 5hrs work (must be carried out between hours of 10am - 5pm) as calling offices.
