In my employed career I have worked for several fortune 500 companies including CitiGroup, HP and 3M while living in New York and Dubai. Following several years working abroad I returned back to the UK around 5 years ago and now work as a freelance specialist business consultant for large corporations and SME’s in a large variety of sectors both in the UK and on an international basis.     Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement

    With over 15 years’ experience working in a vast variety of sales, customer engagement and marketing roles on an international scope from being consistent top sales performer in high paced 1000 seater call centres to delivering winning pitches for high net value technically complex products and solutions in fortune 500 boardrooms, I am able to develop and deliver any business, sales, customer engagement and marketing strategy, operation or campaign from initial inception to completion with two simple results always exceeding targets and achieving results. If I work on a sales, marketing or customer engagement role not only do I deliver excellence and results at the role specified but will also assist in finding new ways to achieve what is required by the client whether this be finding new avenues into their target market or assisting them to implement other sales and marketing strategies/operations that are targeted to their audience and tailored to the products or services they offer as the there is always more that can be done in better ways.

    Business Operations, New Start Up’s, Product/Service Launch

    In addition to my core experience, interest and ability to consistently deliver in Business operations such as sales and marketing which are namely targeted towards promotion and revenue generation, my main specialism and passion is in the launch and inception of new start up's, brands and products and/or solutions from concept to launch and beyond. For the last 8 years my main role has been working as a self-employed management consultant assisting several launches of new companies, brands and products/solutions including international expansion. This comprises of design and development of conceptual framework working to business plans, devising and optimising operations and strategies for all core business operations including business processes, procurement, supply chain, marketing, operations management, technology and of course sales. In most cases post launch of the company, brand or product/service I would remain in some capacity in the "growth" stage to ensure all set targets and goals are achieved while providing analysis and solutions for any operations that can be optimised or improved namely in terms of cost or time or efficiency.

    Procurement, Purchasing & Supply Chain

    Recently I have undertaken a number of contracts as a procurement specialist. Due to the various interesting and exciting consulting roles I have completed have having scoped a wide range of industries including technology, retail/hospitality, education, finance, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and telecommunications and with a number of these roles having been on an international scale sometimes encompassing clients and partners in over 30 countries (namely Europe, Africa, Middle East and the US) I have an intensive international contact base of contractors, key decision makers and senior management that I either know or have dealt with personally and a massive database of suppliers, providers and contractors for products and services in all the above named sectors. In my roles as procurement specialist I assist companies to source the products or services or indeed personnel they need, determine SOP (standard operating procedures) negotiate pricing and payment terms and arrange final delivery.
