We are looking to work with an experienced Google Ads Consultant to help us with a specific issue we are experiencing and then have a discussion (via video call) on possible routes we could take to address the issue.
Background: We spend £5k a month on 3 campaigns which during Q1 of 2022 performed very well and brought in approx 30-40 conversions (demo bookings & content downloads) for us. However since April our ads have dropped off. In particular the number of impressions we are getting has dramatically fallen (we haven't changed any keywords, ad text etc) but have seen via the Auction Insights that competitors are now appearing above us more. Our CTR is the same but we are just not appearing as often. Our first thought was that we are simply being outbid but before putting more money into this we'd like to get a second set of eyes from a Google Ads expert.
We're thinking that the person would review our account so they are familiar, then would join myself and my boss for a couple of hours on Zoom where we could have an open chat about what's gone wrong/what could be changed.
