Gr8 work done by henri

We worked with Henri for Google Ads support, but unfortunately the results didn’t align with our expectations. Over time we saw performance decline and costs increase, and some strategic advice we received, particularly around keyword match types, didn’t prove effective for our account. Communication was generally polite although a rescheduled meeting to weeks later than planned prior to the critical Christmas trade period materially harmed our performance further. That said, others with different account needs may have a better experience.

Henri is brilliant. He reviewed my ads last year, and has just done another check for me. He is so efficient, communicates clearly and quickly and spots exactly what needs to be done. I don't touch my ads now, I will always go to Henri instead!
