PSD to XHTML 1.0 and CSS 2.1

We are looking for help in getting our PSDs of a complex web application converted to XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS2.1. There are 8 pages in all 7 of which contain multiple forms and menus the site is highly database driven.
You will need to deliver a fully cross browser compatible site (excluding IE6) due to the nature of the site we are looking for someone who can work with us via telephone and email as they will need our support to understand the flow. Hence this project is only suitable for a advanced frontend developers.
