Wandsworth, GBI chose Andrew due to his rave reviews. Unfortunately the process was a very difficult one. Andrew promised a lot more than he was able to realistically deliver for the price quoted, even though it was obvious that he tried. However we agreed to pay extra on his request. Things became more acromonious as Andrew delivered a low quality product lacking key features originally promised. The end product is of an almost unusable standard and we plan to start again from scratch. Other reviews prove that Andrew can work well but for us it was a very stressful experience and ultimately a waste of time.

I accepted to design Christopher's website to his specifications. Our working relationship started off great, and Christopher was satisfied with the end result of the website, and signed off on the project, sending me an email to thank me.
However, about a week later, he phoned me out of the blue, and to my horror asked if I could do some additional work, to be paid outside of PPH. I turned his offer down immediately, as this is strictly against the PPH policy I signed up for.
The next thing I knew was that Christopher had left the above negative feedback on my PPH profile.
As you can imagine, I was upset and tried to talk to Christopher on the phone, but he wouldn’t pick up my calls. After several weeks not getting through, I just gave up and wrote this reply, to put my side of the story across. After all, there are two sides to an uneventful incident. Thank you, Christopher and nice try.

Manchester, GBThis was my first time on pph, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, my experience has been fantastic. I had a lot of ides of how I wanted my site and what I wanted it to look like. Andrew said to me, "You tell me what you want and I'll design it." And that is exactly what he did.
All comms was through email in a business like approach. Andrew kept going until I was happy and provided ideas and solutions when I needed it.
Andrew obviously knows what he's doing and how to do it. It's fantastic to know that people like him are so accessable from this site.
