Professional Website Design, Logo & full SEO

I am looking for a developer for a website that I would need developing. I am looking for a logo design based on my name, The Real Soca Deal. I am an event and travel blogger and travel the world blogging about Caribbean carnivals and parties. I would like a clean, standout logo design (not fussy and no palms trees, steel pans or beaches) clean lines and not too many colours as I would need to print on t-shirts etc. but definitely looking for something eye-catching and snazzy.
RE my website, I already have a WordPress site with content and website address and would need the content moving to the new website
I am looking for up to 10 pages, standard home page, contact me, other services, blog page, video gallery etc.
Features include the need for the site to have video capability as will be posting a lot of videos and pic and as text and looking for a design that cool and crisp and draws people to read visually.
Also linking to social media and posting from social media.
I am also toying with the idea of news updates from Caribbean papers like a ticker bar (need to know the feasibility of that)
I would full SEO on my site also and possible web hosting.

Lastly, I want to design a global Caribbean database which will map and detail every Caribbean carnival in the world and costume band. This can be a secondary project, or in conjunction with the website build.
