Elsa did a great job. I admire her patience. Despite many changes requested by me, she remained calm and professional and delivered to the end!

I returned to Elsa having worked with her before for a logo that I was very happy with. Things weren't as smooth this time and I'm aware a large part of that was me and my limited ability to respond quickly because of the need to confer with colleagues. This seemed to complicate things, unfortunately, and I found Elsa and I were miscommunicating about things in a way that made things more difficult. We got to an end product; I'm just sorry it was more challenging this time than last time. Thanks for your perseverance, Elsa. Take care.
