Newsletter Designed

I am looking for a designer that is proficient in information and graphic hierarchy design that can create both a PDF Newsletter document (using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign) as well as a Email version of the Newsletter for my employer. The current Newsletter is severely lacking and looks like it was produced in Word, sadly.

I'm looking for something professional, neat, and amazing to look at and read through.

I can provide all the textual information needing to be built into the newsletter.
I can provide all of the graphical elements and pictures (not to say you cant use your own graphics)
I can also provide a picture of what the current Newsletter looks like (its not pretty, haha)
