Cluj-Napoca, ROPoor designer and bad experience overall. He signed up to design a beautiful homepage, but expected me to do the work for him.
The centerpiece of the homepage is a banner that was poorly designed, and after several request he came up with something that is barely acceptable. I'll probably have to pay someone else to change it.
Poor attention to details such as white copy on very bright background, no favicon added, no attention to responsive design, etc.
After many requests he delivered something that's acceptable, but that's about it. Don't have the patience to ask for more changes.

I sorted, all design, banners, Favicon, responsiveness, broken links, images design all are done and all stuff on website is my work only. Where is the work of other guy that you are talking about? Please respond, this is totally awkward for me to hear that after closing all at good end.
