Looking for a web designer

I am looking for a web designer who can design to a brief at a high quality.

I have a wireframe to work to and I would like find someone to work with who is easy to communicate with but can come up with ideas by themselves also.

My work doesn't have to be done quickly. I'm looking for quality rather than speed.
