Music Logo Designer

We are looking for someone to design a logo for our new online music video site \'Secret Sessions\'. The idea is that the logo is formed by what looks like a wire, possibly with a jack on the end? there is a load of reference images here http://gallery.me.com/harrietjordanwrench and also the home page design that it would sit on, and a logo that someone did for me, which is cool, but not quite there for me. We don\'t have much money at present but are would like to build up an ongoing relationship with the right designer.
