Sawbridgeworth, GBEilidh came highly recommended by a mutual business contact whom had used her services before. I was expecting great things from Eilidh, however, the final design for the site just does not fit with the website design. Eilidh was provided will a site design and asked to produce a logo which would work with the site. The design she has produced looks great on email etc, but once put into place on the website looks so wrong that we are not going to use the logo. Im slightly disappointed with this as I expected much more I have seen Eilidh's work on her website and am frustrated that this one just didn't work.

Hi Chris, I find it disappointing that you have not contacted about these issues. I would have been more than happy to help had you got in touch about your concerns. As graphic designers we produce initial concepts that we feel will fit with a client's requirements. It is a client's choice if they choose to make changes and develop our ideas into different concepts based on your own instructions. I can only give advice but it is the client's choice as to whether they wish to follow it. Before finalising the job, I offered to place the design on your site templates but you couldn't provide me with working images/links so I was unable to do this for you. You didn't make the effort to fix things so I assumed you were happy. Your communication/feedback throughout the process was perhaps a little lacking so I would recommend improving this when working with another designer. I wish you the best of luck with your new site!

Eilidh is great to work with, responsive and the best value for money I could imagine for such an exceptionally talented professional. I would recommend Eilidh to anyone looking for a gifted designer.
We have unresolved issues with this designer regarding the copying of our
branding for commercial use elsewhere that have arisen since payment of
final invoice. A very disappointing result after an unprofessional response
to our concerns
