Logo Re-Design with Icons to Suit

Brand name/slogan in logo: ON-EC
Ideas for the visual style: See existing logo.
Where the design will be used: web, print, everywhere
Extra notes: I am looking for a redesign of my existing logo, but hoping to retain a bit of recognition between the two.
The logo should hopefully have a stand alone icon, with adjacent text of 'On Electrical Contractors Limited', more emphasis the On Electrical, less on the Contractors Limited.
Utilizing the 'On - Switch' symbol as the O, please feel free to redraw.
