I need a new logo!

I am the vice president on the Bachelor of Technology Association at McMaster University. We are currently looking towards getting sweaters and t-shirts created for our students - but need a new logo! We are looking for someone who can first, revamp our associations logo (which I have attached to this message). Once that has been approved, we are looking for someone who can create a logo for us that encompasses the three different streams of our program - automotive and vehicle technology, biotechnology and process automation engineering. I have attached a link below to our programs website so you can get a better idea of what each stream is about, in order to capture the subjects into a logo.
