I would like to express my disappointment with this project experience. Initially, we agreed upon a text-based design within a limited budget of £12. However, the scope was unexpectedly expanded to include two full logos, along with requests for all color codes and vector files—deliverables that typically exceed such a minimal budget.

Despite these additional demands, I completed the work and provided all requested files. To my surprise, after receiving everything, Nathan asked for a refund, which I found to be both unfair and disheartening.

As professionals, it is essential that we respect each other's time, effort, and skills. Creative work should not be undervalued or taken advantage of. Mutual respect and clear communication are fundamental to any successful collaboration, and I sincerely hope this feedback encourages a more thoughtful approach in the future.
