Zumpano, ITWorking with Mufasil was an experience. He’s okay if you’re not in a hurry and if you’re not expecting any input e.g expert suggestions etc. His customer service is quite good , as once when he realised I was getting frustrated, he called via the app, which I thought was a nice touch. However, he may be overwhelmed with the amount of work that he has, so was unable to give me the attention that I needed. I found myself repeating instructions (written) 3-4 times, and I was surprised that he didn’t pick up typos from the template he was using.
Some of the prices were wrong, but he is open when you correct him.
I suppose if I didn’t have such a tight deadline, we could have finally worked through the issues.
