I am looking to have an illustration done for one of our clients please find the brief attached. There is an example mockup too but I cant see where to attach it.

My client is a property restoration company that restore buildings damaged by Fire and Water. The illustrations purpose is to showcase their cultures and values throughout the business, it needs to be a multi storey building that showcases damage the bottom and slowly being restored towards the top the illustration will be used for internal use and to show to their potential clients in tenders.




Could you please let me know some pricing around getting this developed. There’s also some pieces of equipment that will need to be put in there and a few workmen doing jobs etc.
