CONCEPT ART ILLUSTRATION / POWER STATION FOR SHORT FILM TEASER

I need a concept art illustration based on and integrated with a picture, taken from a video shot, and which I am providing as attachment =>

The final illustration would be used later to model in 3D and integrate with the original video shot which will be used to create a teaser which hopefully will serve as a basis to get finance to create a sci-fi short movie.

The picture has been taken from a video shot near Madrid ( Spain ). What I need as concept art is to integrate a sort of giant futuristic power station/battery floating over the surface of a lake. As a reference of how the illustration should be integrated also check the same reference picture =>

In this pic I have sketched ( in a very rough way ) where the power station/battery should be placed . Notice that it should be floating over the water surface and should be connected through cables to land to some sort of transformers.

I also have provided some pictures which should be uses as reference for inspiration on the look and feel of the power station/battery => 02,03
