Sydney, AUSadly the end result of the project was not good. The initial timeframe was 2 weeks but after 3 months we still don't have a functioning website and we are having to get someone else to complete the work. They worked hard on the project but that doesn't mean much when the final outcome is a website which is unable to take payment and where we do not get confirmation of a booking.

Our pledge to customer satisfaction and completing all projects we undertake (whatever it takes) truly has been tested with this project. We had a strong start on the designs & nailed the character until our video producer/animator suddenly left without notice - we later found out he was no longer fit to work & couldn't go further with the project - this is the scariest case scenario that anybody in this field can relate to.
The video took longer than expected, working on a slow pace with a newbie in the team but we knew better than to rush everything & sacrifice quality.
We are very lucky to have clients like Deep and his team as they patiently went through the unexpected process with us from script writing to animation until we got to the final video they have approved.
