Costa Mesa, CA, UShas the talent to do good work. Horrible communication when it comes to being away (i.e. taking time off). Can't follow simple instructions. Some instructions he can follow. Some he can't.
Meeting deadlines seems to be a big issue for this artist.
Left me hanging at the end after I made payment. The files he sent had incorrect information and I requested he send the correct files and now its been 15 days and still NO FILES or meaningful response other than "I'm sorting it out".
