Isometric County Map

Hello,
I’m looking for help creating an isometric map.

The map will be of Howard County Maryland, USA.

I attached samples of maps that the client likes for reference. We would want to do a combination of each of the styles. On the PDF, they like the bold colors of the first page. On the second map, they like how it has callouts of the featured areas.

The screenshot shows some of the points they will want to be highlighting.

I would suggest doing the project in 2-3 phases.

Phase #1:
Overall outline of the county, with outlines for the highlighted areas.

Phase #2
Client review and define exactly what buildings/reference points will be featured on the map and highlighted areas.

Phase #3
Time for changes/updates/add-ons.

The provider must have experience in creating maps with proven examples.
We are ready to start right away.

The final deliverable will be used for presentation purposes (such as a power point, or possibly enlarged and printed on presentation boards). It must be high quality and professional looking.

Ideally, we would want phase #1 done as soon as possible, within a few days, then move onto phase #2-3 (the project will likely last about 2 weeks).
