Character Designer for Children's Products

We are an established consumer product manufacture for United States retail and online commerce. We are seeking a freelance Illustrator to help us complete some images for children's products. They must have strong design skills, be able to create illustrations of characters, other subjects and scenes. The final image should have an identical quality to the references provided.


The selected designer will design a character for children's bath products. This is the first design of a 15-piece product line. Selected designer will be tasked illustrating a specific product image and must execute the task in a limited time frame. Ideal freelancers must have illustration experience with the requirements below.

Qualifications:

• Creative Design.
• Strong Drawing skills
• Professional experience designing images appropriate for children.
• Must be willing to work with direction and references provided.
• Must be able to work remotely, utilizing their preferred professional design resources.
• Fun and easy to work with.

Designers will communicate with the Production Coordinator on a product to product basis to complete new and updated inventory. Candidates will be required to make at least one revision if necessary. All artwork must be 100% original. Candidates must include strong samples of previous illustrations appropriate for children.

Compensation:
$150-$250 Contract, DOE – Per Illustration/ Character/ Design.
