Creative Flyers needed

Seeking designer who can create a flyer and submit it in color PDF format and a second copy in black and white.
• Flyer must be in color but functional enough to be printed in grayscale
• Flyer is for a published children’s picture book that will be for sale
• Must be readable when reduced in size
• One copy must be in 8.5 x 11 format
• And second copy in 4.25 x 5.5 so that four reduced copies can fit on an 8.5x11
• I will send information and several images
• Can be a simple design and does not have to be busy. But it must be creative enough to attract parents and children.
Also the follow or purchase sites has to be exactly as the info sent or else buyers will not find me.
