Need to create 3d characters from given 9 2d simple characters

Hello, we are starting a charity art channel for kids (in the Ukrainian language)
And we have video classes with 2-d heroes - we need to draw in Photoshop into 3d characters for the banners, logo etc

we have 9 simple characters to be drawn in 3d.
These will go up on the page header and logo together with the name (written in the Ukrainian Language - Pintoryky)
