Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Design details: PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
We are refurbishing an old office block into apartments in a prime location of Leicester City Centre.
We require 3D visuals of a building in the context of its surroundings to improve the facades in particular the front and sides. The rear will be kept as simple as possible ie render. You must have an understanding and passion for design.
(The drawings are not 100% accurate so you may have to tweak up the model to suit, however this is not a major problem as we a more interested in the overall massing. You will be able to work from the CAD plans and not pay too much attention to the elevations as they are not very accurate.
We shall provide more photos of the surrounding building to create a realistic view.
You have to create scheme using render in different shades, cladding, tiling etc. We want to minimise the cost so would like your suggestions.
Amendments will be required where necessary.
Once the design has been approved by our client we shall then submit to planning for their approval. If changes are required then you will have to allow for this.
NOTE: currently a planning application for the alteration of the façade has been lodged without local authority therefore time is of the essence. Also work on site is in progress so keep this in mind.
FEE
We require all-inclusive fee.
TIMESCALE.
ASAP. You have to make this job a priority as work is in progress on site and need to obtain planning quick; hence this will play a big part in for successful bidder. We do not want any excuses.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
We are happy to put 50% deposit in escrow and will only release this once work is complete. Reason for this is in the past many have become lazy and not met our deadlines.
Bidders should advise of the software they shall be using and also provide samples of their past work of large refurbishment projects for us to see what kind of 3D effect we are expecting, or at least show your capability of doing this type of work.
