Copywriting for a construction, interiors and joinery website

I need someone to write copy for my clients website.

The client has provided a basic overview of the company and set of descriptions/keywords for each of the sub-services they provide.

The company overview then needs to be turned into a professionally written, sales-focused oversight for the about page, alongside '10 reasons to choose' the company (this will also be used on the homepage).

Each service category (construction, interiors and joinery) requires a summary paragraph, as well as a full paragraph for each sub services (of which there are roughly 30).

Within the sub-services, there are 5 'professional services' that are shared across all 3 categories (consultation, architecture, project management, building regulations, planning). The descriptions for these are the same (not different for each category), for which the client has provided some background copy on which they should be based. Again this should be sales focused - describing the service on offer.

All client documentation has been attached - apart from the company summary/description.

Previous experience of writing for this business sector would be an advantage.

In your proposal please quote how many hours you estimate it will take you to complete the job / fixed price based on the above.
