To say that Jim's work is impeccable would be an understatement. He is able to see things from the users' perspective as well as the business' perspective and flawlessly synthesis the 2 in the content - a talent that's quite very rare.

Working with freelances can be quite challenging particularly in terms of giving instructions and QAing the work. This is not the case with Jim - working with him was an absolute breeze. He took the initiative to work on tasks that I didn't even brief him on - the quality: outstanding. I actually had goosebumps when I read some of the content he did for my site - he puts in a lot of thought into the content that he writes, researches things carefully and critically, and always delivers quality that's way beyond expectations. I'm confident he will continue to do exceptionally well and I look forward to working with him again.
