We are looking for an Experienced Customer Services Advisor / Virtual Assistant

You will be passionate about responding to customer enquiries and searching for solutions as quickly as possible. You will have a proven track record of excellent customer service and fabulous communication skills but above all the desire to go that extra mile. You will be self-motivated ability to work to deadlines, highly organised and professional. You will understand that procedures have to be followed and information recorded.
DUTIES
You will quickly understand the nature of the business and products so you can handle complex calls like dealing with sales enquiries or customer service issues as a knowledgeable member of the team. You will be dealing with an increasing volume of inbound calls and email queries from new and potential customers. Processing telephone orders following up deliveries and general customer care.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have a fully equipped home office, sign a non-disclosure agreement; References are necessary and will be followed up. You must have a flexible approach to working hours. A high level of numeracy and computer literacy are essential. You must have an excellent command of English and remain calm under pressure.
