Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
We are a boutique cosmetic clinic on Harley Street, London that specialises in teeth whitening and non-surgical procedures.
We are looking for customer service support, someone to answer emails/telephone (Skype calls), deal with basic enquiries, sales, basic admin and make spreadsheet entries.
The person we are looking for should also be able to write, format and send-out MailChimp’s and work on our LinkedIn entry, from time to time.
Experience with websites (GoDaddy) would be excellent to have, as well.
You will be working remotely, so will need laptop/PC, a fast broadband connection and Skype (to check voicemail and return calls.)
You are looking at approx 2 hours of work, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), ideally split into an hour in the morning and an hour in afternoon. We are very open to candidates who wish to work in blocks of 2 hours at a time, as well.
The pay is £12 per hour.
The ability to be autonomous, very well organised and have good customer service skills is advantageous.
As we are a Clinic, you’ll need to have a very professional phone manner and speak English as your first language.
*Due to the time difference, you’ll need to be UK based.*
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Initially there’s a 2 week contract that will be extended long term to the right candidate.
