Need help adding a few formulas to a numbers sheet

I have an incredible numbers document that tracks my daily/weekly ToDo tasks. I like to analyze the data in real time as I check items off the list. I have all that set up. Now I would like to have someone help me write formulas for certain cells that would further analyze the data (eg. number of items tagged "personal" that were completed vs delegated vs procrastinated). I have been using 5 footer rows below the main part of the document to analyze these data. I think I might have to do something different as I am running out of room there. Plus, I can't seem to figure out the COUNT formulas well enough for it to work consisently. I am also considering taking this completed document into the app-development phase for others to use - so if you are good at App development, that would be an added bonus and perhaps we could work together in the future as well.
